We are currently looking for a proactive and organized individual to join us as an Account Manager for the growth of the 3P marketplace in EG.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-value accounts. Your main focus will be executing sales strategies to grow the business contribution of key existing selling partners. You will play a vital role in identifying and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within senior management and executive teams of existing accounts. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage Marketplace selling partners to build their business on Amazon.eg starting from acquiring selection, content creation, inventory management, to orders fulfillment.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of each opportunity.
  • Achieve targeted growth of both the quantity and quality of selection, seller performance and sales.
  • Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  • Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with Amazons programs.
  • Assist selling partners to remove roadblocks and accomplish daily goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams (Listing, Marketing, Order Management, and Pricing) to facilitate selling partner account growth.

Cairo, EGY

  • Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
